This District constitutes the heart of the old city of Barcelona where the walled Roman city was located (the orígen of present Barcelona). The apartment is located less than 10 min. walking of almost all the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

Lovely apartement. Interaction from the owner was appropriate and professional. Much appreciated.
It was somewhat distressing to have to encounter the cleaning staff on our arrival 3:45 in the afternoon after almost 24 hours of travelling. One needs some privacy and comfort at such times. Also, tenants should be forewarned about the smell emanating from the drain. Possibly this was just a temporary problem?

1. Rewelacyjana lokalizacja apartamentu. Większość obiektów do zwiedzania w odległości do 3 km 2. Apartamant znajduje sie w zadbanej kamienicy. Zaskoczeniem jest znajdujaca się wewnątrz nowoczsna, cicha winda. 3. Apartamant czysty, zadbany, fukcjonalny 4. Właściciel dostępny, sympatyczny, słabo mówiący po angielsku ale jakoś poszło ;-)

Excellent location between Ramblas (the local 5th avenue or Champs Elysee) and the medieval part of the City. Very quiet appartment with terrasse. Can suit All type of travellers.
Not prime beds or sleeping couch, old and not confortable.

The location of the appartment is excellent, close from the Rambla, from the beach, inside the Gothic area. The appartment is very comfortable and looks very nice. A special mention for our contact who arranged everything for the best.
Just a little noise in the bedroom when people are leaving the building in the morning.
