Quite close to La Rambla. Great bakery just in front of the apartment. We had bad weather in Barcelona but the heating in the apartment worked really well and radiators were hot all the time. Kitchen quite well equipped!

Location very good, close to main centre attractions and metro, district a little run down but being in El Raval this was to b expected...no unpleaseant experiences and shops etc very closeby.
all appliances worked and kitchen was adequately stocked with coffee maker/kettle toaster dishasher etc, although we only had breakfast in the apt it was furnished for full meals etc. Bathroom was clean as was most of the apartment, good hair dryer...(see below for some items which need attention.). Heating was good as it was cold when there and Aircon in the hall would probably suffice in such an area in hot weather.
Beds were comfortable even if the mattresses were smaller than the bases..and all were clean.

Nice, well equiped and clean apartment. Shops and market nearby, Ramblas on walking distance.
Dishwasher smelled, probably because it isn´t used that often. Not all shutters worked, but that wasn´t a problem for us. In the bedrooms there were shutters or curtains, but if you sleep in the living room it might be a problem.

close to shops and killian very helpful
shutter all rooms not working men looking in at night looking at us all. 2 light bulbs not working. hairs in bath sinks and on floors. not very clean at all crumbs on sofas . some plates and cups food on. dishwasher smelt ransid and could use

É um bom apartamento e está como nas fotos que vimos...
Uma das camas de casal ter um colchão mais pequeno que a cama.
Para fazer o check-in, estivemos perto de 1 hora à espera de alguém, isso foi muito mau...

- Delicious early-morning-croissants only two steps away
- at walking distance (10 minutes) of heart of the centre
- apartment is cosy, equipment is oke, nights are quiet, excellent airco
- low and rather short beds (and couch) for long Dutchies
