| HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION First you should enter the dates of your stay in Barcelona and the number of people you will be on the top right corner of our website. Then you can check all the availabilities we have. To make the reservation, you have to pay a 20% of the total amount ( the reservation price is included in the total amount, it´s not an extra charge ), by credit card or bank transfer. If you choose to do it by credit card you´ll recive a confirmation e-mail in few seconds as soon as your payment will be accepted. If you prefer to pay by bank tranfer you´ll recive an e-mail with the instructions of how to do the transfer. CONDITIONS OF THE STAY The arrival time will be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival per e-mail to the contact person that will be given to you on the booking confirmation. Check-in time is between 14:00 and 20:00 Arrivals after 20:00 will have an extra charge of 25 Euros. Arrivals after 23:00 will have an extra charge of 40 Euros. The keys are given when the amount of the stay is paid by cash. Check out time is 11:00 . The deposit will be refunded when we get the keys back and check that the apartment and the furniture are in order. Handing the keys means the acceptance of the apartment´s state. VERY IMPORTANT It is forbidden to have more people than mentioned in the previous contract. The rest and the tranquility of the neighbours must be respected.Consequently, the noise is forbidden after 21:30, inside the apartment or returning at night time. Special atention when closing the entrance and the apartment´s doors The neighbourhood´s rest and respect is very important for us and we will not tolerate people who do not respect these norms and they will automatically be asked to leave without any refund of the amount paid. We do not accept groups of people who come to Barcelona for stag or hen parties. We do not accept eihter groups of people that come for final soccer matches. Apartmentsramblas S.L will not be liable for the possible theft of objects deposited in the apartment. Apartmentsramblas reserves the right to demand a 300 Eur deposit or the credit card´s details in order to guarantee the good conditions and possible demages in the apartment. (Not leaving the apartment at the indicated time, and not respecting the rest of the neighbours will be reasons for chargiging the deposit) The deposit will be charged in the following way: -A written autorization signed by the tenant on the entrance. -Payment with credit card. -Cash CANCELATION POLICY Until 30 days before the arrival, we will refund 100% of the reservation (- 5% for bank fees). From 29 to 10 days before the arrival, we will not refund the reservation. Less than 10 days before the arrival, we will charge 50% of the total amount of the stay. Less than 24 hrs or without previous cancellation, we will charge the total amount of the stay. These amounts will be refunded or charged from the same credit card of the reservation Not in all the apartments the animals are accepted. So without previos autorization animals are not accepted, and always with a deposit of 300 Eur refunded on the departure. |
