Only-apartments.com belongs to the group Reservations Bookings Bcn S.L. and has its main office in Barcelona, Spain. It is a European leader in the online reservations sector for short let apartments with around 2 million visits a month.
The portal began in the year 2002 offering the best prices per day for apartments. At the moment we have around 20,000 apartments in 200 different destinations and the number is growing each month.

We work exclusively with the owners of the apartments cutting out the middle man and so avoiding price increases.
