THE COMPANY

Only-apartments.com belongs to the group Reservations Bookings Bcn S.L. and has its main office in Barcelona, Spain. With around 1,000,000 visits a month, it is a European leader in the online reservations sector for short-let apartments.
The portal began in the year 2002 with the aim to offer the best prices per day for apartments. We currently have around 18,885 apartments in 1,000 different destinations and the number is growing each month.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We have an easy-to-use multi-lingual web portal in 20 languages. Our main goal is to offer alternative lodging which is much more affordable than a traditional hotel. We work exclusively with the owners of the apartments, cutting out the middle man so we can keep our prices low.
We have a helpful customer service team that is available 7 days a week to help you in every way possible.

OUR TEAM

The company has around 60 employees who offer you the very best online assistance in 9 languages.
The team is made up of young people from all over the world coming together to form a dynamic and cohesive group.
