I have a doubt about the rent payment or the deposit
When you booked, the money you paid was the reservation fees amount, but you haven’t paid the rental amount yet. Some of the apartments announced in our web-page require a payment on arrival, for some others you will have to pay part of the rental in advance. This is always indicated in the information page of each apartment, in the lower part, there is a section called “conditions” where it is mentioned the “Rental payment to the contact person”. This information is also written in the confirmation e-mail we sent you, in “Particular conditions of your apartment”. It is very important that you respect these conditions and contact the owner in case you need to pay part of the rental in advance, if not your reservation could be cancelled.
