-sehr zentrumsnah, gut zu Fuß, aber auch mit Metro erreichbar -sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet -sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis -Bäckereien u. kleine Lebensmittelläden gleich um die Ecke u. immer geöffnet
-teilweise muss man abends mit Lärm der Anwohner von der Straße rechnen -das sehr enge Treppenhaus schockt erstmal, ist dann aber kein Problem
