The Santa Caterina district is located around the market of the same name “El Mercado de Santa Caterina” reformed by the famous architect Enric Miralles and it has become a place of cult for architecture students from all over the world. The city council of Barcelona invests great sums of money in this district because of its great potential and fantastic location between the park “Parque de la Ciudadela” and the Cathedra square “Plaza de la Catedral”.

l'appartement est bien placé proche du centre et du métro. Il est calme car donnant sur la cour intérieure.
Appartement très petit, juste pour 2 personnes. Il y a peu d'équipement dans la cuisine et pas de four classique.

conveniently located near metro and within walking distance to gothic quarters/ramblas etc. quiet building. contact person was helpful with directions from airport and with local tourist info prior to arrival.

Excellent location with groceries and markets nearby. Metro station Arc de triomf is 2min walking. Pl Catalunya is 5min walking, La rambla 10mins... Museu Picasso 10 mins, Parc de la ciutadela 10-15 mins... Just great

emplacement très proche du centre et accès facile aux transport en commun, appartement propre et bien entretenu, contact avec la personne sur place, et équipement complet (jusqu´au grille pain et presse agrume !)
machine a laver qui ne fonctionne pas, appartement légèrement humide, un peu loin des plages à pied (20 min)

Fantastic quiet place in center of old town, excellent kommunication, equipment, friendly and helpful contact persons; near a lot of shops, bars, 2 good supermarkets ("dia" and "caprabo")

excellent equipment, new and clean good position in the old city
not enough space when the sofa is open (twin bed), impossible to stay in 4 people! a bit warm and humid even if there is A/C

tres bon rapport qualite - prix tres bien situe a 5mn du metro Arc de Triomf, 5mn du quartier El Born, 10mn du Bario Gothic et 10mn de la Plaça de Catalunia quartier tres sympa, familial, avec tous les commerces a proximite
