The Santa Caterina district is located around the market of the same name “El Mercado de Santa Caterina” reformed by the famous architect Enric Miralles and it has become a place of cult for architecture students from all over the world. The city council of Barcelona invests great sums of money in this district because of its great potential and fantastic location between the park “Parque de la Ciudadela” and the Cathedra square “Plaza de la Catedral”.

The apartment is quite in the heart of the old town. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping options around. The Apartment is really large for two persons.

- Logement idéalement situé pour les visites dans barcelone. - Logement bien équipé, bien que le tuyeau d'aspirateur soit introuvable. Séjour agréable dans un quartier calme en cette saison (du 22 au 26 janvier 2012).

Todo perfecto... muy bien en todo. Es la 5ta operacion que hago con ustedes.
Las 4 veces anteriores que alquile con ustedes ( pudiera ser a nombre de mi esposo), donde decia WIFI, siempre había. Me llamo la atencion esta vez que habia un apartado ( no corroborado por mi en su oportunidad) en donde decia que este serviicio no estaba incluido en el precio. Salvado este inconveniente mediante la adquisicion de un pen en forma personal, todo perfecto.

Gute Lage zentral in der Altstadt, man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen. Markthalle Santa Catharina gleich um die Ecke. Appartement ist ideal für 2 Personen, sauber und gepflegt. Austattung gut, wir haben aber nicht selbst gekocht.

Great neighborhood everything is really close (shops - open everyday, restaurants, Museu Picasso, the sea, Rambla, metro, Parc de la Ciutadella). It takes about 15 min to get to Rambla on foot, nad about 20 min to get to the sea (we´ve been travelling with kids).

Muy bien situado, y apartamento decoroso si hablamos de puertas adentro. Un apartamento silencioso, y bien equipado. La relación calidad/precio es aceptable.

whg. war bei ankunft sehr sauber!!!!!!!
tv funktionierte nicht was für uns aber nicht schlimm war da wir viel unterwegs waren. klimaanlage funktionerte nur teilweise!!! lage ein bisschen unheimlich!!! nicht leicht zu finden wenn mann sich nicht auskennt!!!!
