Buon quartiere,zona tranquilla.Metro abbastanza vicino.
La casa aveva molti problemi,nn si kiudeva la porta del bagno,le finestre in legno si kiudevano con un fil di ferro e l´aria condizionata nn sembrava funzionare.molte scale per arrivare all appartamento.il proprietario ci ha fatto aspet 20min.

Location was good: supermarket, places to eat (pizza, fastfood or tapas), metro in the neighbourhood. Appartment was ok, no luxury but good enough for us. It was quiet in the building, so we had nice quiet nights.
Doors of the ´balcony´ are rotten (we had to be really careful that the windows wouldn´t fall out). A pity that the fryingpan was too small and too old to use it, so we couldn´t cook diner for the 4 of us. Forks and knives were dirty.

Location is reasonably practical: bus lines near by, sants train station a 20 min walk, supermarkets within 100m & some bars/cafeterias close. The basics are all there & functional. Problems sorted quickly when I called (eg heater missing)

ubicacion muy buena, esta cerca de la estacion de tren y cerca de parada de metro, la avenida diagonal esta a menos de 5minutos.
