Description of the accommodation

LICEU I you can find it in the El Raval area of Barcelona. The best apartment to discover Barcelona. You've got everything: relatively close to center and away from the noise. Having more than one bathroom will make you save time and enjoy sightseeing. LICEU I is very comfortable: it won't be cold nor hot. Are you travelling with friends or do you want to organize a family trip? Whatever the reason why you are many people, here you can find room for everyone. A spacious apartment, 210 m2 only for you! If you visit Barcelona in spring or summer you can prepare your breakfast on the terrace and enjoy your holiday even more. Your baby will feel at home with crib and high chair already prepared.

Neighborhood : El Raval

RAVAL. El Raval district is one of the most lively areas of Barcelona. Walking down Las Ramblas towards the sea El Raval is located on the right hand side. This area is in constant urban and cultural transformation, and its peculiar mixture invokes the interest and the admiration of all. This area represents the "authentic" Barcelona. Some of the main monuments of the city are less than a 10 minute walk from here.

The apartment is really beautiful and could not be in a better location-it allows enough space for everyone but while still being a very social place. the terrace is great and the beds are very comfy. there are great showers and large wardrobe spaces. its a great space and enough mirrors for a group of 10 to get ready without all of us fighting for space! Ita-our contact was excellent! we will be back!
We had 2 power cuts-too many hairdryers on at the same time!

Very good location for this apartment.
Nice on the paper but once we arrive, there was a terrible humidity in the apartment, the dish washer was not working, the oven door did not close properly and on top of this there was a big water leak which we had to deal with, putting pots and bins to get the water, the floor was completily wet. Same in the entrance. I had to call from my cell phone on roaming to explain what was going on and at the end, they cut the water on one bathroom so we had 2 bathrooms for 12 people so not that nice. The owner gave us 60€ for the inconvenience which is nothing considering I'll probably get a big phone bill. This apartment could be really nice if they deal with all the humidity and infiltrations there are everywhere, even in the bedroom where I slept, the wall is damaged which may cause some allergies.
