Appartement confortable et quartier sympa (on vous conseille le petit resto Galicia à côté du métro Poble Sec), proche des quartiers touristiques. L´appartement est au pied du parc de Montjuic.

Globalement conforme à la description donnée sur le site web. Bien situé : appartement calme (mais attention car dans vieil immeuble donc assez mal isolé), quartier assez agréable, proche du métro et de commerces.

Küche und Badezimmer sehr gut eingerichtet, Wohnraum in Ordnung. Günstige Lage in der Nähe der Metro. Kontaktpersonen sprechen Englisch und sind sehr nett und bemüht (Austausch von defektem TV und Kaffeemaschine noch am selben Tag)

Lage sehr gut und ruhig; mit Metro können alle Ziele in der Stadt leicht erreicht werden. Quartier sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Warmwasser in der Dusche nicht immer vorhanden. Warmes Wasser muss in der Küche aufgedreht werden, damit Warmwasserboiler anspringt. Wird nur die Dusche benutzt springt der Warmwasserboiler nicht an!

El agua caliente funciona correctamente con un calentador de gas, es continua y no se acaba al contrario que con los calentadores eléctricos, pero HAY QUE ABRIR EL GRIFO COMPLETAMENTE, como se les indica a su llegada. Muchas personas acostumbradas al calentador eléctrico no lo hacen y lógicamente el calentador se apaga por seguridad.

Muy cerca del metro, exclente apartamento, limpio, ordenado, equipado, todo lo que se ofrece esta para ser usado, lo recomiendo ampliamente, la persona de contacto super receptiva y amable. Es un buen lugar para hospedarse 100%.

We've spend a wonderfull time, enjoyed very much Barcelona and loved the appartment, everything was just perfect, very nicely decorated, smells very good, very clean.The owner gave us a very warm greeting on arrival and departure!!We loved it!
