Sehr zentral. Man ist in 5 Minuten an der Ramblas, am Markt und im Gotischen Viertel. Gleich die Metro vor dem Haus. Sehr schöner und grosser Balkon. Für eine Ferienwohnung sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Die Person war sehr nett und zuverlässig!

Appartement idéalement situé même si la rue est assez bruyante. Proximité de tout ce qui est à voir dans cette merveilleuse ville! La terrasse au 7ème étage est très agréable pour les petits déj et les soirées. Carlos est très accueillant!

District fine. Wonderful terrace on the roof. Fine service from contact person.
Painting and maintainance is very needed!!! Several lamps do not work. Warm water does not work properly. Noisy location.

During a storm some stains appeared on the ceiling of the living room we had to wait for a while until dry but now we have painted it. Burned lamps have also been replaced.

Appart´ super bien placé. Immeuble de standing, intérieur un peu vieux mais bien entretenu. Terrasse ensoleillée même si un peu bruyante. Tout est équipé, relativement propre. Personne de contact très sympa. Excellent bilan.
