It is really close to the city center but still in a calm area. The bed sheets smelt good. It is easy with the public transports. There is a balcony for every window. The contact person was speaking french. We can go directly to the appartement and we don't need to take the keys in another place.

Excellent location, owner very kind, washing an dryer very useful, market store under age building, metro 50 mt, big and comfortable flat, enough clean. Good price/quality.

the flat is near the city´s centre,fabuolus for all it matters bus,metro,shopping and whatever.
very unconfortable bed,lot of noise(at night mostly),no water´s pressure(it´s impossible to make any shower),electricity net in bad conditions,the air-conditioning sistem doesen´t work,not many towel.

L´emplacement de l´appartement est parfait pour une famille (métro, bus à moins de 50m, supermarché, cathédrale, restaurant etc...). L´appartement est très propre.

Apartment location is exellent. It is possible to do Barcelona siteseeing on foot. For the longer trips use underground, with statin located nearby. House is equiped with elevator. Second bedroom is from the yard – and is quiet.
Apartment in need of upgrading, poorly maintained. Pottery not compleate (i.e. lack of wine glasses). The biggest disadvantage is low water pressure. Almost impossible to take a shower. Double bedroom located from the street side. During the night and especially in the morning a little bit too loud.
