EIXAMPLE DRET. The Eixample Dret district called as well “El Plan cerdá” was created from the project of the expansion of the city, and its union with the surrounded towns, made by the famous city planner Idelfonso Cerdá. The Eixample district is a unique zone which represents the greater expression of the modernist architecture, and specially Gaudí’s (Milá House, the Batlló House and the Sagrada Family). Its avenue Paseo de Gracia is considered one of the most beautiful avenues in the world.

Excellent apartment for the money. Great location, one block from a metro station with plenty of restaurants nearby. Perfect for a family. Basic furnishings but still comfortable.

The appartemet was large, sunny and comfortable. It had a washing machine and a well equipped kitchen. The best, with toaster, electric kettle. Clean and neat. The ownwr very nice and gentle.
Next week we'll make some changes in the bathroom and the shower will be larger! thanks for your comments!

Localizzazione strategica, vicino alla metropolitana. Appartamento sufficientemente pulito e ben dotato. Ottimi i negozi di alimentari e pasticceria sotto casa. La persona di contatto è stata gentilissima.
Manca il phon! Ascensore stretto.

The place was very good, nearby metro. There where many good restaurants and foodmarkets. Apartment was light and we enjoyed the athmosphere. Everything was ok.

Good value for the monney. A simple appartment, nice spacy at i perfect location.
Good restaurants nearby.
A bit noisy due to trafic and the elevator.

Spacious apartment, good value for money. Located near the Sagrada Familia and metro station. Café with free WIFI and various supermarkets nearby. Decent neighbourhood.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and well furnished. The district is very pleasant. The Metro is close by and it is very easy to travel quickly to any part of Barcelona.
The shower curtain needs to be replaced. The cooling fan in the living room also need to be replaced.
All this inconvenience will be replaced now, thanks for your comments.

Good central location. Nice neighbourhood, Good tapas around the corner, and if you like saucage this is the nr1 location. ;)
The apartment is clean and in good state.
