If you travel with your family, having more than one bathroom will allow you to prepare yourself easily in the morning. Be ready to visit the city, everything will be faster. A spacious apartment, 150 m2 only for you!

Neighborhood : Gòtic

GÒTIC. The Gothic District passes between the two most important avenues of the old city, Via Layetana and Las Ramblas, and between the Catalonia square and the sea. This District constitutes the heart of the old city of Barcelona where the walled Roman city was located (the orígen of present Barcelona). The apartment is located less than 10 min. walking of almost all the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

Very good beds we slept like home lots off space , location of the hostel was super !
The floor was very dirty also the equipment fork knifes and glasses , but that's not a big thing !

-excellent localization (only 5-7 minutes on foot to the Rambla Street), -huge apartment with huge space - 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms only for our group, -towels, mugs and other dishes were enough for everyone (we were there in 9 person with of course the owner`s permision) -big livingroom with big table to spend evenings all together, -tasty restaurant oposite the apartment, -not to noisy at night, -very polite and helpfull contact person,

The apartment is set in the stunning. lively, Gothic quarter in the top floor of a beautiful block on Carrer d' Avinyo. It is spacious airy and tastefully decorated. You literally walk out of the front door into all that the Gothic quarter has to offer and only moments from Las Ramblas and the brilliantly efficient Metro. Loved it.
Can be noisy, the apartment seems to echo noise and the church at the end of the street likes to ring its bells every fifteen minutes, ok if you get up with the birds, not if you want a lie in!! Carrer d' Avinyo is a busy thorough-fare and is also noisy as a consequence, especially late at night on weekends.
