Description of the accommodation

APT URGELL 1 is in the Sant Antoni district of Barcelona. It is the ideal location for a holiday in the city. APT URGELL 1 Ideal to relax away from the busy center. If you are a large group having more than 1 bathroom is essential. Nobody likes to be waiting in line to be able to get a shower. You could live without Internet for a few days ... but you prefer an apartment with wifi. You can get it during your stay.

Neighborhood : Sant Antoni

SANT ANTONI. The district of Sant Antoni is located in the high part of the Raval. It is limited by Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes street, Round of Sant Antoni, Round of Sant Pau and Paral.lel street. The center of interest of this district is without doubt the Market of Sant Antoni that was built at the end of the 19th century. This market is very popular for its weekly fair of old books that takes place each Sunday morning. In the rest of the neighborhood of the Raval you can find lots of bars , restaurants of design and some of the oldest and famous buildings of Barcelona, like the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona or the Palau Güell.

Very nice appartment. Situated in a nice neighborhood and very central. The two showers were precious since we were a large group of people (7).

We stayed in the apartment from 23.01.2011 to 28.01.2011. It is very well-located, next to a metro station and several bus stops, on a walking distance to La Rambla, Catalonia Square and Espania Square. It was quiet and comfortable The kitchen is well-equipped, the only two things missing were dish-washer and washing machine (and they aren´t that essential, right?).
There was no air-conditioner, which wasn´t a problem during our stay, but I think it may be in the summer.

Against; the beds were terrible... the coffeemachine was incomlete, so that we could not make a cup of coffee and the teapot was incomplete to, so that the tea was cold in no time. The service of the bookingacency was very good; thanks!
For; the location was perfect. the size of the appartment in Urgell was good to en we liked the balkony (smokers among us)

Otiima posizione, anche per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Infatti la sera quando la metro era chiusa, in soli 10 minuti eravamo sulla Rambla. Appartamento pulito e completo di tutto.

Apartment APT URGELL 1 was in Good location, near metro. Close to market and local shops. Very Big apartment, enough for 6 people.

super appart, tres calme, propre, et tres bien situé on voit mal sur le plan mais il y a un deuxieme coin douche et wc dc super meme si exigu !
faible debit d eau des douche la chambre au lit simple ne bénéficie pas de porte pour fermer ni de volet !

Good location: close to the city centre and the metro. Nice looking apartment with sufficient room for 7 persons. We had good nights with no noise from outside or from neighbours.
Sleeping couch not very comfortable and small for two persons. Some accessoires missing, for example small (wine) glasses.
